Acceptance of terms

By using Kapper (the "Service") you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Kapper is a SaaS platform for barbershops: appointment management, staff, point-of-sale (POS), client CRM, and a public booking page. The Service is directed at professionals and businesses, not at consumers acting as such.

Accounts

The account holder must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken by users (barbers, staff) you invite to your account.

Free trial

On signup you get a free trial of the duration indicated at signup. No card is required during the trial. When the trial ends, a paid plan is required to keep using the Service; account data is retained for 30 days after trial end before permanent deletion if no plan is purchased.

Subscriptions and payment

Billing is monthly via Stripe. Plans and prices are published at /for-barbers. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Failed payments open a 7-day grace period, after which the account is suspended. We do not prorate refunds for partial months; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (you keep access until then).

Cancellation and deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Account deletion has a 7-day grace window during which it can be reversed. After that, customer data is permanently deleted.

AI features

Kapper uses OpenAI for both text and image features:

• Text: support reply drafts, content suggestions, lead-deduplication hints, and similar internal copy generation. Text submitted to these features is sent to the OpenAI API under their data processing terms.
• Images: images you upload to Kapper (store logos, gallery photos, service images, cover photos) are sent to OpenAI's Vision API for automated content moderation before being published. Images that fail moderation are blocked from the public storefront until reviewed by a Kapper admin.

We have configured our OpenAI account so that submitted content is not used to train OpenAI's models. We do not transmit personally identifying customer data (names, phone numbers, appointment details) to OpenAI unless you explicitly include it in a prompt. If you do not wish your images to pass through OpenAI moderation, you can disable portfolio publishing; image moderation only runs on assets you choose to publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for illegal content, scraping, resale, spamming clients through the reminder system, or circumventing rate limits.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (logos, photos, services, client lists). You grant Kapper a license to display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

Service availability

Best-effort uptime. No SLA on lower-tier plans.

Limitation of liability

Kapper's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Kapper against claims arising from your use of the Service.

Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.

Governing law

Spain. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the user's place of residence.
